Peter Vince
MRICS
Peter is a Chartered Building Surveyor. He trained with Rumball Sedgwick of Watford and St. Albans and was elected an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1984. Peter joined Goddard and Jones of Croydon as a partner and practised in South London and the South East over a 25 year period. He joined Allcott Associates in 2013.
Peter has extensive experience undertaking Building Surveys, Home Condition reports, and Specific Defect reports. He has also provided Expert Witness surveys for Landlord/Tenant issues. He is also able to provide Party Wall services.
